Abstract

This article belongs to the debate about law and moral objectivism. García Amado gives the rejoinder to Atienza’s text, comments and qualifies the differences and coincidences between them, pointing out the convenience of carrying out a more systematic and deep development of the metaethical theses, as it can happen with the constructivism in the measure that it can be an interesting approach for the moral objectivism. He defends the thesis that distances amongst them are not as great as they may seem at first sight.
