Abstract

The contemporary doctrine on legislative theory and technique presents some criteria that allow us to judge the quality and justification of laws. In the context of the discussion on the «technical quality» of the recent LO 10/2012, the author offers a reflection on the role of ideology in the production of legislation, in the model of parliamentary democracy here in Spain.
