Keywords:
Civil law, formalism, legal Dogmatics, transformation of private law institutionsAbstract
This article approaches the Lectures or Discourses, pronounced during the assumption of Professorships in Italy. It discusses the most important stages from the First World War, and it brings into focus the high-level reflections, which became outstanding steps forward, in relation to the development of a disciplinary branch of legal dogmatics, such as civil law. These Lectures are defined as doctrinal meditations, with an unquestionable good prospect, addressed to the community growers of private legal dogmatics.
