A NEW LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

After many years without variation, Title III of the Workers’ Statute has been amended three times in a year (RDL 7/2011, RDL 3/2012 and Law 3/2012) configuring itself a new legal framework to exercise the right to collective bargaining. This article analyzes the theme of the three reforms and the basic lines of the new legal management of collective agreements in relation to the objectives of the labor reform of 2012.
