NOTAS SOBRE EL RÉGIMEN DE LAS PRESTACIONES IN HOUSE EN EL DERECHO ESPAÑOL

Abstract

One of the ways in which public authorities deal with building infrastructure is by entrusting it to implementing bodies. These function through agreements excluded from contract law. In our regulations we also have a system, established by the Law on Public Sector Contracts, for departments and support services and special regulations for different types of infrastructure. Core points are presented in relation to this double system and come up against a basic principle of infrastructure building: budget stability
