Abstract

Although traditionally they have been developed in parallel, there are obvious links between competition law, in its various aspects, and labour law. In recent years, these relations have been evident, both at European and national level, and not always in a balanced way. The following paper is an analysis of the various elements of the problem and its manifestations. It fi nishes formulating a proposal to allow to ease those tensions.
