Abstract

Once it has highlighted the ideological coordinates on which it is based, the study focuses on analysing the criteria or guidance formulated by the Green Paper in regard with the three-way labour relationships, considering as such those developed in cases of contract and subcontract and by means of resorting to temporary agencies. The contribution, focuses on the individual aspects —as the Green Paper refuses to raise union issues—, it offers an outlook of the evolution performed in the Spanish legal system, stating the insufficiencies of the legally stablished solutions and the possible alternatives
