Abstract

The concept of terrorism is one of the most controversial to be found. Proof of this is that the concepts given in the legislative international field are not coincident and are not free of criticism. This paper offers a critical analysis of the elements that have been employed by our consecutive parliaments in the description of terrorist crimes, in order to emphasize the problems of this concept within our legal system
