Our conception of Law, such as our complete legal system, have their origins in western liberal societies and first Capitalism. Over decades, new necessities have appeared and have contributed to their evolution. These are changes that, without altering legal last foundations, have create conflicts with the underlying rationalist paradigm. These tensions are even bigger in a historic time like this one, when a deep social and economic change is in course. The foundations of our legal system will be therefore substantially modified by globalization
