Abstract

The article that we are presenting is intended to systematically summarize the incidence of the set of provisions that the declaration of the state of alarm caused by COVID-19 has had in the prison environment. Focusing, on the one hand, on the plane of the legal effects that are projected on the prisoners of the Spanish penitentiary centers and, on the other hand, on the projection that certain measures contained in the «Shock Plan in the Administration of Justice after the state of alarm» (prepared by the CGPJ) may have in the future about these.
